The Statistical Office in Wrocław is pleased to present the next edition of the “Statistical Yearbook of Dolnośląskie Voivodship”.

The publication contains a rich set of information characterising the standard of living of the society and the state of the voivodship’s economy. Detailed statistical data are grouped in 21 thematic sections. The study ends with two review tables containing selected information on the voivodship in comparison with the country in 2022 as well as important data on the voivodship in 2000, 2010, 2015 and 2022. The statistical material included in the publication was supplemented with general notes containing explanations concerning terminology, methodology and scope of presented information.

The most recent data presented in this edition of the Yearbook cover the period at the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. To facilitate the assessment of the impact the pandemic had on the situation in Dolnośląskie Voivodship, the year 2019 has been adopted as a new reference period in the publication. Additionally, information from the results of the National Population and Housing Census 2021 is included, covering aspects such as households, families and people with disabilities.
