Statement on Accessibility
The Statistical Office in Wrocław undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 4 April 2019 on the accessibility of digital websites and mobile applications of public entities. The statement on accessibility applies to the website https://wroclaw.stat.gov.pl/

Digital Accessibility Status
The website is partially compliant with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the accessibility of digital websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the following non-compliances or exemptions listed below:
• Some PDF files are not digitally accessible (they lack well-marked logical structure or are scans of documents).
• Some published infographics lack alternative descriptions or alternative data versions.
• Some of the published photos lack alternative descriptions, although they are not used for current tasks.

Everyone has the right to request the provision of digital accessibility for a website, mobile application, or any of their elements. You can also request information to be provided through an alternative means of access, such as reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc. The request should include the contact information of the person making the request, indicate the specific website or mobile application in question, and provide a preferred method of contact. If the requesting person requires information to be presented in an alternative format, they should specify their preferred method of receiving that information.
The public entity should fulfill the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the day of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity should promptly inform the requester when the request will be fulfilled, with the condition that the deadline cannot exceed 2 months from the day of the request. If ensuring digital accessibility is not feasible, the public entity may propose an alternative means of accessing the information.
If the public entity refuses to fulfill a request for digital accessibility or an alternative means of access to information, the requester can file a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or its element.
After exhausting the aforementioned procedure, a request can also be submitted to the Commissioner for Human Rights. The website of the Commissioner for Human Rights is www.rpo.gov.pl.

Architectural Accessibility
Building: Statistical Office in Wrocław, ul. Oławska 31, 50-950 Wrocław.
The office building is located in the city center with convenient access by public transportation. The building has one main entrance from Oławska Street. The entrance to the building is at pavement level. The pavement is curb-free, paved with stone slabs and cobblestones.
On the ground floor of the building, to the left of the entrance, there is a porter's lodge. On the wall to the right of the hall, there is an information board. Customer services (REGON registration, Information Office) are located on the ground floor. Accessible toilets for people with disabilities are available on the ground floor and the second floor.
The building is significantly adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The building has 7 floors. All floors are accessible for wheelchair users - there are two lifts available, including one adapted for people with disabilities, with sliding doors. The building is free of thresholds and equipped with sufficiently wide doors leading to individual floors of the office, allowing wheelchair users to move freely. The entrance doors to floors 1-6 are secured with access codes - the need to access these floors must be reported to the porter.
Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed to enter the building and all its premises. The building does not have induction loops or Braille markings, except for the lifts, which have such markings on the call boards and control panels in the cabins.
Warning tape has been applied to the steps in the building (on the first and last step of each staircase flight), but there are no enlarged print markings for visually impaired individuals.
For visually impaired individuals in the Office (REGON registration, room number 52), there is a magnifying glass available for use at the customer service desk.
The Office does not have designated parking spaces for people with disabilities.
Building: Statistical Office in Wrocław, Branch in Jelenia Góra, ul. 1 Maja 1, 58-500 Jelenia Góra.
The entrance to the building is located in Jelenia Street. The entrance is accessed via stairs - 3 steps with a handrail (there is no ramp for people with disabilities). In order to enable people with disabilities to use the services offered by the Branch, a doorbell has been installed at the entrance of the building, marked with a sign compliant with current standards - it allows calling for assistance to enter the building.
Information boards are located in the corridor, near the entrance of the building. Customer services (REGON registration, Information Office) are provided on the ground floor of the building.
The building has 5 floors. Access to the floors is through staircases. The corridors near the stairs have markings indicating the respective floors. Anti-slip strips are present on the staircases on all floors. The facility does not have a lift or sanitary facilities adapted for people with disabilities. Visual and auditory signaling devices are installed in the toilets in case of fire or other emergencies.
Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed to enter the building. The building is not equipped with an induction loop or Braille markings. There are no contrasting markings or enlarged print for visually impaired individuals. A magnifying glass is available for use at the customer service desk for visually impaired individuals. There is a small car park in front of the building (3 spaces), but there is no designated parking space for people with disabilities. However, it is possible for a person with disabilities to use a parking space designated for a company vehicle.
Building: Statistical Office in Wrocław, Branch in Legnica, ul. Jaworzyńska 65, 59-220 Legnica.
The entrance to the Branch is located in Jaworzyńska Street, at pavement level. The reception and information boards are located in the lobby. Customer services (REGON registration, Information Office) are provided on the ground floor of the building. To access specific rooms in the Branch for handling matters, please report to the reception.
The building of the Branch has 5 floors. The Branch's premises are located in the basement and the high ground floor. The basement is accessible for wheelchair users. The building is not equipped with a lift for the disabled persons. The toilets are not adapted for people with disabilities.
Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed to enter the Branch's premises. The Branch does not have induction loops or Braille markings. There are no contrasting markings or enlarged print for visually impaired individuals in the building. A magnifying glass is available for use at the customer service desk for visually impaired individuals. The office has 1 designated parking space for people with disabilities.
Building: Statistical Office in Wrocław, Branch in Wałbrzych, ul. Adama Mickiewicza 14, 58-300 Wałbrzych.
The building has two entrances. The main entrance is at pavement level from Adama Mickiewicza Street. There is a side entrance from the car park, which can be accessed via stairs or a ramp for people with disabilities.
The reception (porter's lodge) and information boards are located on the ground floor in the building's lobby. The ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users, and customer services (REGON registration) are provided there.
There is an accessible toilet for people with disabilities on the ground floor. The toilet is equipped with an optical-acoustic signaling device in case of fire or other emergencies.
The building has 3 floors. Access to the upper floors is through staircases, as there is no lift in the building.
Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed to enter the building and all its premises. The building does not have induction loops or Braille markings. There are no contrasting markings or enlarged print for visually impaired individuals in the building. A magnifying glass is available for use at the customer service desk for visually impaired individuals. In the car park near the Office, in close proximity to the ramp for people with disabilities, there is one designated parking space for individuals with special needs.

In the Office and in each Branch, it is possible to use the assistance of a sign language interpreter. The intention to use this assistance should be reported to the office no later than 3 working days before the intended date of handling the matter. In the Statistical Office in Wrocław, the designated contact person for this matter is Ms. Marta Woźniakiewicz, phone: 71 3716 362, 508 378 851, email: SekretariatUSWRO@stat.gov.pl. The Office will provide assistance to the person with disabilities on the designated date, and if that is not possible, an alternative date will be scheduled. The use of a sign language interpreter is free of charge only for the eligible person who is considered disabled under the Act of 27 August 1997 on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 100, as amended).
