Statistical Office in Wrocław belongs to public statistic services subordinated to the Statistics Poland and acting on the base of::

• law dated 29th June 1995 on public statistics (Journal of Laws in 2024, item 1799),
• instruction No. 11 of the President of the Statistics Poland dated 21st August 2012 on detailed scale of duties and organization of the SO in Wroclaw (CSO Office Journal item 38 with later amendments),
• law dated 21st November 2008 on civil service (Journal of Laws in 2024, item 409),

Information centre and library are located on the premises in Wrocław (room 55) and branches in Jelenia Góra, Legnica and Wałbrzych.  More >>>
Duties:

• dissemination by telephone, correspondence and personally: •statistical data from publications of the Statistics Poland and SO official statements of the Statistics Poland and SO
• informing about new publications of the Statistics Poland and SO, publications accessible in Office`s Library, publications accessible on sale
• receiving orders for unpublished statistical data from SO data bases, realization of statistical description on the base of information published by the Statistics Poland.

REGON service

Issues related to the official national register of economic entities are carried in the Company headquarters in Wroclaw Office (room 52) and in the branches: in Jelenia Góra, Legnica and Wałbrzych. More >>>

Information on entities registered in the province. Lower Silesia, contained in the Company register may be made ​​available to all interested parties upon written request. Information on paid and unpaid basis to share data are located on the side of the Statistics Poland website: Rules for providing access to data from the REGON register.

Support people with disabilities

Office building units and buildings are designed to support disabled people in wheelchairs.

Since April 2012, there is also the possibility to use the assistance of a sign language interpreter.  More >>>

Complaints and suggestions

Complaints and suggestions on the operation of the office accepts the Organization and Registers Division every day from 7.15 to 15.15.

In the Office branches complaints and requests accept Branch Managers:
1) on Mondays from 7.15 to 16.15,
2) Tuesday to Friday from 7.15 to 15.15

Director accept the complaints and requests in the seat of the Office of on Thursdays between the hours of 15.15 to 16.15.
